Junior Emily Brinkley is a third-year member of the staff and has taken on the role of Editor-in-Chief for The Oriole. She first joined the newspaper to be closer to the students in the school. In her role as Editor-in-Chief, she hopes people will be able to learn more about their community and classmates through the stories. When she graduates from high school, she would like to study to be a labor and delivery nurse. Brinkley is also a member of the color guard. In her third year on the team, she was chosen as the team representative. When she is not in school, she enjoys reading, playing with her dog Walter and cat Marley or listening to music.
