Mason Pringle, Crew Editor
After gaining hands-on experience in the journalism program, junior Mason Pringle took his passion for storytelling a step further by joining the school’s newspaper class.
“There is so much freedom and creativity in newspaper, you can literally do anything you want, so just have fun,” Pringle said.
Pringle plays middle linebacker on the varsity defense and enjoys football as one of his hobbies. Pringle also enjoys water skiing and reading fantasy during his free time.
“I love the team aspect and the people on the football team,” Pringle said.
Pringle wants to attend college. He is not yet certain of his degree, but he is following the school system and is ready for any new opportunity.
“I’m waiting for a new career path to open up,” Pringle said. “I’m especially ready for some sort of job opportunity.”
Despite this being Pringles’ second year on staff, he was promoted to crew editor, but he is ready to jump into his new role. Even though it requires more work, he is prepared.
“Push your limits, and see what kind of things you can create out of it,” Pringle said.
