Students participate in class projects

For the final speeches in Speech class, senior Bryce Jackson and his group threw pies at choir director Jerrod McNutt to see which pie would stick the best. Four pies were thrown at McNutt and was rated based on stickiness of the pie and the force it was thrown at.

“My project was learning the process and science behind drafting, also known as static source pumping,” senior Zack Englebrecht said. “I chose this topic for my senior project because it involves the career path I want to go into.” His project consisted of a two man job where fire fighter and police officer Derek Highbarger attempted to show the process himself.
